Growing up in LA with my grandmother's delicious family cooking, then traveling the world and sampling foreign dishes, refined my palate and showed me a wide variety of creation options. After I retired from 20 years of military service, I faced a significant health challenge: stage 3 renal failure. Determined to take control of my well-being, I transitioned to a vegan lifestyle, focusing on plant-based foods that supported my healing process. The results were life-changing—I successfully reversed my condition, improving my kidney function to stage 1. This experience deepened my commitment to veganism and fuels my passion to help others harness the transformative power of food.
