The main approach is vegan-forward, however all dietary preferences will be accommodated. Whether you’re looking for plant-based dishes or traditional meals, the focus is on creating flavorful, tailored experiences that delight every palate.
3. How do you help athletes manage their protein intake?
As a cycling athlete myself, I understand the importance of proper nutrition for performance and recovery. I specialize in crafting high-protein vegan meal plans using nutrient-rich foods like lentils, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, nuts, seeds, soy curls, and textured vegetable protein (TVP). I also emphasize combining foods to create complete proteins—for example, pairing grains with legumes or seeds for optimal amino acid profiles. Additionally, I recommend fortified options like vegan protein powders to ensure you meet your daily requirements. My approach focuses on fueling workouts, maximizing recovery, and sustaining endurance with plant-powered meals.

6. What is the cost of your services?
Basic plans of 3 entrées 4 servings per week starting at $350 plus groceries. Discounts for packages, seniors, referrals, and returning customers may adjust the price(s). Personalized quotes are best, to ensure your chosen services meet your needs and budget. Pricing depends on the frequency of service, meal requirements, and the specific services you choose.
